In a program called Business Resource Groups (BRGs), employees have an opportunity to network, discuss their experiences in the workplace, take part in professional development, and participate in programs and events that support UPS as a whole. BRGs also enhance UPS’s growth, build our millennial workforce, and work toward our volunteer goals.
