Lynn Brumm and her daughter Morgan were enjoying a calm Monday evening at home when they heard a loud, distressing cry coming from a distance. Upon investigating, Morgan discovered that the sound was coming from an abandoned well behind their house. To her surprise, she found three fawns trapped inside, desperate for help.

Morgan knew that she couldn’t rescue the fawns alone. She quickly called her best friend’s father, who arrived in just five minutes. Lynn, who has lived in the house for a decade, said that it is common to see deer and their fawns in the area.
